I found this website about Beach cruisers. They have a cute selection. My husband and I want to start riding bikes and I think I want one of these. I found the perfect one for me.

This is the most beautiful bike I’ve ever seen. It looks beautiful. Gush, and so comfortable. This are the most comfortable bikes ever.

Thus the name “cruiser”. You can totally cruise on these. I love them.

They are coming out with a new brand name called XYZ. These bikes have the look of motorcycles in my opinion. They are so chick and very reasonably prices. They also have matching ones for the kids. I told my husband he should buy,

The movie Over The Hedge was out on video last Thursday and I got it for Mikey. He loves it. My husband and I like it too. It’s very funny. The beginning of the movie is hilarious.

The next movie we want to get for Mikey is the movie CARS. Genesis is not all there with watching movies yet but she will watch parts of movies here and there. I all ready bought her Cinderella when it came out last year for her. She is not ready yet but she will be- maybe when she is 2.

I found this site while I was finding out prices of homes around the world. Now this is some expensive houses, check them out: Lila Delman Luxury Real Estate has a listing for a house that is a bit bigger than mine for $825 K- sq ft. is 2700. I paid $178 K for 2300 sq. ft. What a difference.

This beautiful house is located in Westerly, RI. I have to admit that it looks beautiful. My house definitely does not look like that.

That’s right, JC is coming and will be here no later than tomorrow evening. I am so exited. I am going to have my baby brother stay with us for a while until he can find a house of his own to buy. He just turned 28 on the 18 of October. I am so proud of him.

He is still single. What a bachelor! He will own his own house, have his trucked paid off, has no debt and is looking for a wife. He is also good looking. He is Salvadorean like myself. Likes to critic movies and video games. He will be getting his license for massage therapist here in Texas.

I am so proud of him!

I wonder how much it is to buy a property in Spain. You see I own a house that is almost 2,300 sq- 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, single story- 2 car garage in Texas and paid $178 K. In Orange California you can buy a house for $789 K- that is 2,500 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms 3 baths- paying about $4,000 a month.

In Colorado Springs you can get a house that is 1,666 sq ft. worth $175 with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

This one is my favorite one: In New York City you can get a 1 bed, 1 bath (i don’t know what) for $719 K. It does not give you the square footage for this one. Just the 1 bed, 1 bath note. That is crazy.

Why people like to live in New York is above my comprehension.

The only thing I could not find was the price to buy property in Spain. I am not sure about the money conversion between euro and dollars.

I wonder what you pay for a house as big as mine in Spain.

In the Los Angeles Area the last house my Dad bought was about 600 sq. ft for $355 K. It was so bad that we need it to gut it out completely and remodel in order to rent it out. It was trashed. That was the summer of 2005. I could not believe how high the price of real estate was in California when we left.

I am so glad I live in Texas now. This is better for my kids, my parents, and all of our future. This is where I want to retire. I want to see my kids get married here and have their children.

Today I took Mikey to the Playground and he surprised me. He did not want to play. Instead he asked me to go take him for a walk in the park. I put him in the stroller and off we went. He seemed to like that. We came back to the playground and I asked him if he wanted to play and he said “no”.

Up to this point all he ever wants to do is play. This surprises me. I don’t know what to think.

Was he bored or tired? Who knows. He can’t communicate that yet. Weird!

I found this website that is a Charity Thrift store in Houston. They are doing an awesome job. They are helping the poor. Check it out.

They have a network where churches and non-profit organizations can get together and help each other out. Churches and non-profit org. that need can apply to get assistance from them and churches and non-profit that want to give can do just that.

They network provides:

• Food
• Clothing
• Other Essentials -
• • all free of charge to families in need

I wish we had something similar here in the Austin area. In Houston, is where the Thrift Store is. This is where the other essentials come from. Things that a family would have need for in their home they would get it from here.

You can also shop there and by doing so, help families in need in the Houston Area.

I think they have a good thing going here. I know that when ever we go to visit family in Houston we are going to check them out. For one, they have a lot of good stuff from looking at the pictures and they there is the helping others part when you shop there.

I am glad that there are people out there that care about people. There are so many people in need and seems like we are all too busy to help. I am so glad that this Charity is here to help families in need.

It makes me want to help also.

This year I want to take my 3 little monkeys, dress them up and go take some great pictures. I want to make our own Christmas Card this year. I have done Birthday Invitations and even Christmas Invitations for my previous job. I made the Department Christmas Party Invite. I did a good job too.

Anyways, this year I want to make our own Christmas Cards with the Picture of the kids. I think the Great-Grandparents and Grandparents will love it.

My kids are good looking and they can put up a cute smile when they want to. I think I can do this!

I found a NASCAR Forum that is really cool. They have a lot of interesting chats (conversations). My oldest (almost 3 years old) is a fan. He loves to see the NASCAR races. I know that boys usually like to play with cars but his like for NASCAR is not just a like for cars in general. He “loves” to watch the races.

He is hooked on it. I wonder if the NASCAR drivers were like that when young?

Anyways, I checked out the forum and it’s awesome. I even showed Mikey the pictures of the cars that they have on their site and his whole face changed.

He just loves them. I am so glad I found this Forum. I am glad I found it because I can keep track of races and different schedules. I can get to know who the drivers are and what other people had to say about them. You can call it, research because I know I will need the information so that Mikey can say that Mommy knows what’s up

I have been to only one race in my life when I was younger and would not mind taking Mikey to one.

Only 63 days till Christmas. Wow! It’s just around the corner. We are exactly 2 months away in 2 days. Time is going fast. This will be the first Christmas in our House and there are many Christmas Ideas that I am not sure if I will have time for. We, my husband and I wanted to make picture frames from wood and take picture of the kids and mail them to family members. I have flower, butterfly, train and boat shapes so far. I still need to cut the section where the pictures are going. We need a lot of these shapes since we have a lot of family.

This is an easy and inexpensive way to send original gifts to family and friends. I will be painting them also. That should be fun.

I just hope I have time to do all those with everything else.
