I found this site about Auto Refinancing that gave a lot of good information.

For this stay at home Mom, good Financial decisions are very important. If you have a high interest car loan and your credit is now better you may want to look into an Auto Refinance. By refinancing a car you may be able to save some money over the life time of your loan. Not to mention the extra money in your pocket every month.

Anyways, check into it. I learned good stuff like:

• In 2004 Credit Regulations say that you can make multiple inquiries related to a single transaction and your score will not be affected any further, as long as the additional inquiries must be made within 14 days from the initial credit check.
• You are allowed a free copy of your credit report each year from the bureaus.
• Refinancing can be used for finding a new lender (lien holder) for an existing loan, often for a better rate, but also to extend their term, skip a few payments, add or remove a co-applicant, and add products (such as GAP insurance) to a loan.

I just came from the Pediatricians office who told me that Dan II should be sitting down without support at this age. I did not think it to be weird that he is not sitting down. I did not think of that at all. He said that if the baby does not sit without assistance by the age of 7 1/2 months, I should bring him back to see him.

My older brother from California one of his kids was so behind in developing that I would tell him that the baby’s Doctor should know. My brother told the Pediatrician who said she was just lazy. After 3 years, that she was not walking, my brother and his wife switched Doctors to find out the baby girl had MR.

All this time her Pediatrician thought it was normal that a 3 year old could not walk. Can you believe that? My 6 month old can’t sit and my Doctor wants to make sure there is nothing wrong.

There is a difference in the way Doctors treat Patients. Some go out of their way to be good Doctors and others just do the bare minimal to stay in business.

My advice, if something does not look right get a 2nd opinion or call your insurance company and talk to someone there and get some advice on what to do.

This is your family, if you don’t look after them who will?

I was reading an article about the Fairfield Resorts. FairShare Plus is one of the 3 largest timeshare companies in the world. They stand behind RCI and Interval International. Fairfield began as a land development company in 1966 in Arkansa as a single location. Now they have become the number one timeshare brand that families trust most.

In 1966 they began selling subdivided lots, whole ownership condos and custom-built homes in large master-planned communities such as Fairfield Bay, Fairfield Sapphire Valley and Fairfield Glade. This land and home sales continue to this day.

As Timeshare was taking off in the United States they began to sell the traditional timeshare that many people know. You know, the ones that you can only travel at a certain time of the year for the same amount of time to the same place. Later they realized that people needed their Holidays to be more flexible with the location, time frame, time of year and even the things they did while on vacation. The same condo in Big Bear was not doing it every winter if you know what I mean.

At that time is when FairShare Plus came to existence. This allowed people to used their “points” for their dream vacations. This is a very good way to have a good time off without having to do a lot of research. You pay a membership fee and get to use the FairShare Plus and visit wonderful places around the world without hassle.

I was surfing the net this morning before taking my little one for his 6 months shots and found something interesting. Professional Bull Riders tickets for sale. I go to Houston very often and did not know that they have a Rodeo there. I asked my husband if he knew about this and he said he heard about it at work from a co-worker.

This tickets apparently are for a bull riding event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Wow, this is so cool. I have only seen bull riding on TV. Very thrilling to see it on TV I can only imagine how it would be sitting right there.

I would not mind going to one at all. I guess I should put that on my “To Do List” for the future along with other exiting things I would like to do.

When I was young my uncles used to work with cattle and that is as close I came to see a bull. I think that people who do this for a living are very brave. I am afraid of cows getting too close I could only imagine being so close to an angry bull. I think the art of bull riding is getting more popular then it used to be years ago. Maybe I have noticed it more now that I live in Texas. I say this because in California you would never hear about it as you do here.

I wonder how much the tickets are?

I guess this bull riding event ends in Las Vegas with both PBR at Mandalay Bay and at Thomas & Mack Center.

This is great, I wish I could go. Maybe in one of those weekends get-a-away with my husband we can plan something like this. Talk about doing something different for a change of scenery. This will definitely be something to talk about with friends!

Today Dan Junior turns 6 months and to celebrate (yeah right) we are going to visit his Doctor. This is one of those hard breaking things for a Mom. To see another person stick a needle into a 6 month old baby. I know it’s for his own good but I still feel bad to see it.

The worse part is when they ask you to hold your kid down, that’s the worse.

God help me!

I saw a Hispanic Singer on TV doing a commercial on a acne medicine. I thought it was interesting. They showed a picture of her singing in a concert with a lot of acne. Then they showed her after using Proactiv and it was like night and day. Her skin looked a million times better.

It looks like this product may actually work. I went on their website and there are other stories that are just Wow!.

I think you really do get your moneys worth for this product. I think you get good quality.

This is definitely a product that must be tried if one has acne, Most definitely!

I heard that Reese Witherspoon is getting a Divorce. I could not believe my ears. I thought her and her husband looked so good together. They even have 2 little ones not saying that should be enough to keep a couple together when things can not be worked out.

I am so sad about that. I love her! She is so cute!

I hope things work out for her and her little ones!

It’s that time of the week again. Today is Laundry day. I really don’t like doing laundry. This is by far the worse chore in the house. I’ll change diapers all day instead of doing laundry any time. With 3 kids, It seems that the baskets get full quickly.

Every time I turn around they are full and falling off.
