I Want My HP!
Ted Murphy got 6 Megapixel digital cameras from HP and I want one. So, Ted this is my story and the reason why I deserve one of those wonderful cameras.
I am a 30 year old stay at home Mom for about 7 months now. I worked in a busy hospital in California for “ever” and moved to Texas in February. I am still trying to get used to staying home. I have 3 Children under 3 and a wonderful husband.
A usual day: I wake up in the morning still tired from the day before, I take twice the vitamins a person should hoping it will give me super woman strength but it never does. At 6 a.m. Dan II wakes up, takes his bottle and plays in his crib until he gets tired and wants to get picked up. Genesis is an early bird, she has been awake for 30 minutes now. Mikey starts crying about 7 or 7:30 a.m. and wants something to drink and be carried.
At about 8:00 or 8:30 am. everyone has eaten breakfast and my husband is off to work. Our breakfast will consist of either cereal, pancakes (Mikey’s favorite) or sometimes eggs and bacon.
Dan II will want to eat again about 9 a.m. and will take a nap after his breakfast. Genesis wants her nap about 10 or 10:30 am. This is the time where I do my laundry and other chores. If two of the kiddos are asleep, this is the time for my 10 minute shower. If not, I will wait for later on the day.
Lunch is about 12:30 and corn dogs, soups, chicken, spaghetti or things a like are on the menu. By now I will have changed about 9 wet diapers and at least 3 of those will be soiled.
Mikey will nap about 2:30 pm if I am lucky and this will also be another chance for a shower if another one is asleep. If 2 out of 3 are out taking naps, I will take the one that is awake and put them in the shower with me. I will spend about 5-7 minutes showering and the next 3-5 minutes struggling to take them out of the shower.
We have some play time after the naps, Dan II will be eating about every 3-4 hours. Through out the day Genesis will be taking all the clothes out of the drawers in her room and will dump them through out the house and Mikey will do the same with the toys. The clothes in the washer will have been there for a couple of hours now and the dishes are still sitting in the sink.
About 5 or 6 we will eat dinner and about then is when my husband comes home if it’s not a school night for him. He usually gets home about 9:30 on Mondays and Thursdays. About 7 or 8 I will start putting the kids to sleep after a bath if they did not get one during the day. If everything goes well they will all be asleep at 9 p.m. This is my time to rap up and get things together for the next day and for the night. I will watch TV for about 1 hour before I go to bed. Sometimes it is so hard to go to sleep when things are so quiet. I love it when things are quiet because this is my time and my time alone.
The times to myself are few and apart, this is the time to post on my blog, serf the net, read the news and do things that I enjoy like taking pictures making crafts and sometimes just doing nothing for a few minutes.
Ted, this is why I deserve to get one of those DC. I would love to take some cool pictures and do postcards, B-Day cards, Greeting Cards and so on.
